Recombinant human RANK.

RANK is the receptor for RANKL/TRANCE/OPGL. It is essential for RANKL-mediated osteoclastogenesis and is involved in the regulation of interactions between T-cells and dendritic cells.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is TBST with 0.05% Tween 20 with 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature
Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
