Human RAP1 protein

Telomeric repeat-binding factor 2-interacting protein 1, which is also known as RAP1. Rap1 contributes to both telomere length regulation and telomere silencing.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Hybridoma:
Sp2/0 Ag.14 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
