Supplied as a liquid in 0.1M Tris-Glycine, pH 7.4, 150mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol.

Recombinant protein fragment corresponding to amino acids of human HNRNPU.

Component of the CRD-mediated complex that promotes MYC mRNA stabilization. Binds to pre-mRNA. Has high affinity for scaffold-attached region (SAR) DNA. Binds to double- and single-stranded DNA and RNA.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:1000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
