Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, containing 10mg/ml BSA and 0.01% gentamicin sulfate, before the addition of glycerol to 40%. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).

Asparaginase [E. coli]

Applications:
Suitable for Immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscop and Immunohistochemistry, as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:200-1:1200. Assayed against 1ug of Asparaginase (E. coli) in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
