Pre-B cell line NALM-6

CD9 is a 24kD single transmembrane polypeptide expressed on platelets, monocytes, pre-B lymphocytes, granulocytes and activated T lymphocytes. MEM-61 induces Fc gamma R-dependent platelet aggregation.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: 2-4ug/ml (non-reducing).
Flow Cytometry: 1-4ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 20ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
