Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2. Reconstitute with 97ul of dH2O, then add 303ul of sterile PBS.

Synthetic peptide corresponding to human Endorphin, beta.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA; 1; 1600 (0.625ug/ml)
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O/PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
