Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.4, 5% trehalose. Reconstitute with 500ul sterile PBS.

Recombinant corresponding to mouse EphB2 expressed in NSO cells.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry: 0.25ug/ml labels 10e6 of COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line and D3 mouse embryonic stem cell line
Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry: 1-15ug/ml using immersion fixed frozen sections of embryonic mouse brain and mouse embryo and paraffin sections of human esophageal squamous cell
Immunocytochemistry: 5-15ug/ml of immersion fixed MDA-MB-468 human breast cancer cel line
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
