Applications:
Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Direct ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml.
Western blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml The detection limit for rmFrizzled-4 is approximately 2ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
Immunohistochemistry: 15ug/ml in fixed cells or tissues.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
