Glutamine Synthetase

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:4000-1:20, 000. 1ug of Glutamine Synthetase was used in a standard capture ELISA with Streptavidin (HRP)( S7973-97A) and ABTS (2, 2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) A0030 as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
