Synthetic peptide corresponding to AANLSRNGPALQE-C, from DBNL, at N-terminal (NP_054782.2, NP_001014436.1, NP_001116428.1).

DBNL is an F-actin-binding, cytoskeleton adapter protein, and member of the ABP1 family, implicated in the connection of the actin cytoskeleton to endocytic function, through association with the GTPase dynamin. DBNL is degraded in a caspase-dependent manner during apoptosis, and may be involved in the reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:32, 000
Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, observed in Jurkat and 3T3 lysates on ~55kD bands
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
