Applications:
Suitable for use in Dot Blot, Immunohistochemistry and cell surface binding. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Dot Blot: 10-100ng of gp120 in solid phase (membrane bound).
Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100 dilution range of gold conjugate.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Coupling Ratio:
OD520nm = 10; Protein content ~50ug

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Gold conjugates are light sensitive.
