Applications:
A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications. Dot Blot assays may be performed at 10-100ng of vif in solid phase (membrane bound). Immunohistochemical studies may be performed in 1:50 to 1:100 dilution range of the gold conjugate.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Gold conjugates are light sensitive.
