Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma translocation protein 1 (MALT1) is an ~91kD intracellular adaptor protein that forms a complex with Bcl10 and CARMA-1. The caspase-like domain of MALT1 cleaves Bcl10 and the NFkB inhibitor A20. This results in NFkB activation following signal transduction from cell surface ITAM-containing receptors including the T cell and B cell antigen receptors.

Applications:
Suitable for Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: 1ug/ml using Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line and Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
