SESN2 (AAH13304, 1-481aa) full length recombinant protein with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.

SESN2 is a member of the sestrin family of PA26-related proteins. The protein may function in the regulation of cell growth and survival. This protein may be involved in cellular response to different stress conditions.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 3ug/ml
Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
