Manufacturer - Applications	Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB (1:500-1:2000), IF (1:50-1:200), ELISA (1:20000). Not yet tested in other applications.
Storage Conditions	Stable for one year at -20C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Background	CDKN1A encodes a potent cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor. Cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor 1A binds to and inhibits the activity of cyclin-cyclin-dependent kinase2 or -cyclin-dependent kinase4 complexes, and thus functions as a regulator of cell cycle progression at G1. The expression of CDKN1A is tightly controlled by the tumor suppressor protein p53, through which cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor 1A
