Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a glycoprotein hormone produced by placenta after conception. hCG is comprised of an alpha subunit with 92 amino acids and a beta subunit with 245 amino acids.

Lyophilized from a solution in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.2
Reconstitution
Double distillated water is recommended to adjust the final concentration to 1.00mg/mL.
Application info
In combination with HRP conjugated anti-HCG beta subunit antibody (Cat No: MO-M40049T), this antibody can be used as capturer in Sandwich ELISA for quantitative determination of HCG.
