Background	Free prostate specific antigen (fPSA) is the unbounded form of PSA. Study has shown that low percentage of fPSA in total PSA (tPSA) is associated with high risk of prostate cancer. Using percentage of fPSA in tPSA can enhance the predication of prostate cancer and avoid unnecessary biopsies in prostate screen.

Reconstitution	Double distilled water is recommended to adjust the final concentration to 1.00mg/mL.
Application info	ELISA: This monoclonal antibody, when conjugated with HRP, can be used as detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for human free PSA detection in combination with a free PSA specific capture antibody (Cat. No.: MO-T40052B).
