Background	Free prostate specific antigen (fPSA) is the unbounded form of PSA. Study has shown that low percentage of fPSA in total PSA (tPSA) is associated with high risk of prostate cancer. Using percentage of fPSA in tPSA can enhance the predication of prostate cancer and avoid unnecessary biopsies in prostate screen.

Reconstitution	Double distilled water is recommended to adjust the final concentration to 1.00mg/mL.
Application info	ELISA: This monoclonal antibody can be used as capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA for human free PSA detection in combination with a HRP-conjugated tracer antibody (Cat. No.: MO-T40052T) that is derived from PSA mAb clone 103 (Cat. No.: MO-T40052A).
