Specificity	This antibody recognises CD45RA, a ~220 kDa glycoprotein expressed by B cells, monocytes and a subset of T-cells.Clone LT8 recognises CD8, a 32kD glycoprotein expressed by the suppressor/cytotoxic subset of T cells, and weakly by NK cells.

Storage	Lyophilized: Store at 4°C. Reconstituted: Store undiluted at 4°C. Do not freeze! This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Recommended dilutions	Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl.
Reconstitution	Reconstitute with 0.5 ml of distilled water.
