Description |
Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 R1 ( CDC34) detection. Tested with WB, IHC-P in Human, Mouse, Rat. |
Background |
CDC34, Cell division cycle 34, Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CDC34 gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. By in situ hybridization that the CDC34 gene is located in the far telomeric region of 19p13.3, in a region of syntenic homology between human 19p and mouse 11.Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme catalyzes the covalent attachment of ubiquitin to other proteins. This protein is a part of the large multiprotein complex, which is required for ubiquitin-mediated degradation of cell cycle G1 regulators, and for the initiation of DNA replication. |
Immunogen |
A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence in the middle region of human CDC34, identical to the related mouse and rat sequence. |
Form |
Lyophilized |
Specificity |
Human, Mouse, Rat. No cross reactivity with other proteins. |
Storage |
2-8C. For long term -20C after reconstitution. |
