Description	Antibody against rhomboid-related protein 4 (RHBDL4). RHBDL4 is a serine protease in the rhomboid family involved in endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) of misfolded membrane proteins and intramembrane proteolysis. It cleaves specific transmembrane protein substrates within the ER, facilitating their retrotranslocation to the cytosol for proteasomal degradation. RHBDL4 also influences protein trafficking, exosome secretion, and signaling pathways, with its altered expression linked to poorer outcomes in some cancers.
