Manufacturer - Applications
Quality Tested by Leinco Western Blotting: To detect Human CD30 Ligand this biotin conjugate can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. This biotin conjugate should be used in conjunction with compatible second-step reagents such as PN:A106 and a chromogenic substrate such as PN:T343. The detection limit for Human CD30 Ligand is 5 ng/lane under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. The sensitivity of detection may increase up to 50 fold when a chemiluminescent substrate is used.

Storage Conditions
The lyophilized, biotinylated antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody can be stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C for up to twelve months from date of receipt. The reconstituted biotin conjugate can be stored for at least four weeks at 2-8°C. For long-term storage of the reconstituted conjugate, aseptically aliquot into working volumes and store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. No detectable loss of activity was observed after six months.
Product Description
The CD30 ligand is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein of the tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily. CD30L is expressed on the cell surface of activated T cells, B cells, and monocytes. Recombinant CD30L has been shown to co-stimulate T cells and to act as a mitogen for Hodgkin's disease derived cell lines. The receptor for CD30L, CD30/ TNFRSF8/CD153, is a type I cytokine receptor that is highly expressed by activated T cells, Hodgkin and Reed- Sternberg (H-RS) cells, and anaplastic large cell lymphoma cells. CD30 ligation by CD30L mediates pleiotropic effects including cell proliferation, activation, differentiation and cell death by apoptosis.

CD30 Ligand
Manufacturer - Specificity
Goat Anti-Human CD30 Ligand, also known as CD153 antigen recognizes Human CD30 Ligand. This antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody was purified using a proprietary chromatographic technique that includes covalently immobilizing the antigen proteins or peptides to agarose based beads. This purification method enhances specificity, reduces nonspecific binding of extraneous IgG and provides you with the most reliable reagent available for your early discovery research.
