Quality Tested by Leinco Western Blotting: To detect Human CCL23 this biotin conjugate can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. This biotin conjugate should be used in conjunction with compatible second-step reagents such as PN:A106 and a chromogenic substrate such as PN:T343. The detection limit for Human CCL23 is 2 ng/lane under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. The sensitivity of detection may increase up to 50 fold when a chemiluminescent substrate is used.

Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 23 (CCL23) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family.1 It is primarily expressed in cells of the myeloid lineage.2 CCL23 induces endothelial cell migration and tube formation and enhances the expression of MMP-2 mRNA and protein levels in endothelial cells. CCL23 may play a direct role in angiogenesis.3
