Manufacturer - Specificity	Mouse Anti-Human CD29 (Clone TDM29) recognizes Human CD29. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. The antibody reacts with the integrin beta 1 chain which is a membrane glycoprotein (130 kDa) that can complex with the 6 different alpha-chains of the VLA’s. It is also known as VLA beta1-chain and the fibronectin receptor. The antigen is not expressed on erythrocytes and only weakly stains granulocytes.
