Formulation	This secondary antibody is formulated inin 0.01M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, containing 1.0% BSA, 1.0% glycerol and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative. The specific antibody concentration of this conjugate is 1.0 mg per ml.
Product Preparation	This F(ab')₂ secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules.
