Target	Function: Microtubule-associated force-producing protein involved in producing microtubule bundles and able to bind and hydrolyze GTP. Most probably involved in vesicular trafficking processes, in particular endocytosis. Catalytic activity: GTP + H(2)O = GDP + phosphate. Subcellular location: Cytoplasm. Cytoplasm a€C cytoskeleton.

Applications info	IHC, WB (confirmed by recombinant protein). A concentration of 10-50 ug/ml is recommended. The optimal concentration should be determined by the end user. Not tested in other applications.
Storage	Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
