Application Note
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.Western Blot:Approx 30kDa band observed in Mouse Kidney lysates (calculated MW of 29.1kDa according to Human NP_001544.1 and to Mouse NP_032074.3). Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Rat and Human Heart, and Human Placenta for this particular batch.
