Recommended concentration: 0.3-1ug/ml.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows textured staining in the cytoplasm of DCT cells. Recommended concentration: 3-6ug/ml. Paraffin embedded Human Testis and Uterus. Recommended concentration: 3.75ug/ml.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of NIH3T3 cells.
