Description	The HIB19 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with human CD19, a 95kDA type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein also known as B4. It is expressed on all stages of B cell development except for final plasma cells and on follicular dendritic cells. CD19 plays a role in B cell proliferation, activation, and differentiation. It functions as a BCR co-receptor with CD21 and CD81.

Formulation	Phosphate-buffered aqueous solution, ≤ 0.09% Sodium azide, may contain carrier protein/stabilizer, ph7.2.
Preperation	The product should be stored undiluted at 4C and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified utilizing affinity chromatography and unreacted dye was removed from the product.
