Description	The dG9 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with human perforin, a cytolytic mediator found in the cytoplasmic granules of cytotoxic T (CTL) and natural killer (NK) cells. Perforin is integral molecule in targeted cell lysis and utilized in the immune system's reaction to tumors and virus infections.
Formulation	Phosphate-buffered aqueous solution, ≤ 0.09% Sodium azide, may contain carrier protein/stabilizer, ph7.2.
Preperation	The product should be stored undiluted at 4C and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified utilizing affinity chromatography and unreacted dye was removed from the product.
