Description	The 7-AAD (7-amino-actinomycin D) solution can be used to exclude non-viable cells in flow cytometry assays. It is excited by 488 laser light and is detected by the far red 650nm long-pass filter. Unlike propidium iodide, 7-AAD has minimal spectral overlap with the fluorescence emissions of PE and FITC.
