Description	The Cell Stimulation and Protein Transport Inhibitor Cocktail is a pre-mixed cocktail used to induce cytokine production and inhibit their intracellular transport for flow cytometry detection. The solution is composed of an optimized mixture of brefeldin A, ionomycin, monensin, and PMA. PMA and ionomycin induce cytokine production in many cell types and brefeldin A and monensin are protein transport inhibitors.

Application Notes	The Cell Stimulation and Protein Transport Inhibitor Cocktail is supplied at a 500X concentration and should be used at 1X final concentration for cell stimulation. It can be added directly to the cell culture medium at 2uL/ml. It has been tested by the stimulation of mouse splenocytes and subsequent intracellular staining and flow cytometry analysis of IFN-Gamma.
Formulation	500X concentrated solution of brefeldin A, ionomycin, monesin, and PMA in Ethanol.
