Description
Tyramide amplification, sometimes called Catalyzed Reporter Deposition (CARD), is an enzyme-mediated detection method that uses the catalytic activity of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to generate high density labeling of a target protein or nucleic acid sequence in situ. The tyramide amplification method has been reported to increase the sensitivity by up to 100-fold compared to the conventional avidin-biotinylated complex procedure.    CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes, with advantages in brightness and photostability compared to other dyes. Red fluorescent CF® 543 has excitation/emission at 562/583 nm.    Kit Components:

  • CF® 568 tyramide stock solution
  •
  • HRP Goat anti-rabbit IgG
  •
  • BSA for blocking
  •
  • Amplification buffer
  •
  • Hydrogen peroxide 30% stablized solution
  •
We also offer Tyramide Amplification Kits with HRP goat anti-rabbit or HRP streptavidin.
