Gene Full Name
Copper-transporting ATPase 2
Immunogen
Recombinant fusion protein of human ATP7B(NP_001230111.1).
Contents
Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH 7.2
Purification
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Concentration

Protein Name
Copper-transporting ATPase 2
Protein Function
Copper ion transmembrane transporter involved in the
export of copper out of the cells. It is involved in copper
homeostasis in the liver, where it ensures the efflux of copper
from hepatocytes into the bile in response to copper overload.
Subcellular Localization
Golgi apparatus, trans-Golgi network membrane
