Immunogen	A peptide derived from human PEVR1. Immunogen sequence location: 43 - 92
Contents	PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide.
Purification	The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using immunogen.
Concentration	0.5-1mg/ml, actual concentration vary by lot. Use suggested dilution ratio to decide dilution procedure.
Protein Function	Riboflavin transporter. Riboflavin transport is Na (+)- independent but moderately pH-sensitive. Activity is strongly inhibited by riboflavin analogs, such as lumiflavin. Weakly inhibited by flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) and flavin mononucleotide (FMN). In case of infection by retroviruses, acts as a cell receptor to retroviral envelopes similar to the porcine endogenous retrovirus (PERV-A).
