Description	The RPS6KC1 Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor RPS6KC1 protein expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of RPS6KC1 in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on RPS6KC1.
Tissue Specificity	Highly expressed in testis, skeletal muscle, brain, heart, placenta, kidney and liver and weakly expressed in thymus, small intestine, lung and colon.
