Contents	The SELPLG solution (0.25 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.15M NaCl, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
Purification	Greater than 80% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Protein Function	A SLe(x)-type proteoglycan, which through high affinity, calcium-dependent interactions with E-, P- and L-selectins, mediates rapid rolling of leukocytes over vascular surfaces during the initial steps in inflammation. Critical for the initial leukocyte capture.
Tissue Specificity	Expressed on neutrophils, monocytes and most lymphocytes.
