Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V0616CAS #:1035270-39-3Purity >=98% Description: AZD4547 (AZD-4547; AZD 4547) is a novel and orally bioavailable FGFR (fibroblast growth factor receptor) inhibitor with potential antineoplastic activity. It inhibits FGFR1/2/3 with IC50s of 0.2 nM/2.5 nM/1.8 nM in cell-free assays, and exhibits little/weaker activity against other kinases such as FGFR4, VEGFR2(KDR), IGFR, CDK2, and p38. AZD4547 shows significant tumor-suppressing effects in mice bearing KMS11 tumors with a TGI of53%.
