Working Concentration	It is recommended that working dilutions be prepared fresh daily. FC: 1:100 - 1:800IF: 1:100 - 1:800Secondary antibody concentrations reconstituted with glycerol will be diluted by 50%. Therefore, the working dilution may be one half of what is recommended.
Formulation	This secondary antibody is lyophilized from 0.01M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.6 containing 0.25M NaCl, 15 mg/ml IgG free BSA and 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative.
Product Preparation	This F(ab')₂ secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules.
