Description	SOB Broth is recommended for use in cultivation of recombinant strains of E. Coli. It is a nutritionally rich growth medium for use in the preparation and transformation of competent cells. Add 28 grams of Broth in l liter of distilled water. Heat gently to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense in tubes and sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes. Casein Enzymic Hydrolysate: 20 g/l Magnesium Sulfate:2.4 g/l Yeast Extract:5 g/l Potassium Chloride:0.186 g/l Sodium Chloride:0.5 g/l Final pH(25C):7.0+0.2
