Storage Conditions	Lyophilized product is stable for at least one year at 2-4C. After reconstitution, the contents can be safely stored at 2-4C for one month or for one year at -20C. Add 0.02% sodium azide to prevent bacterial growth. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Cross-Reactivity	High cross-reactivity with rhesus macaque IFN-gamma but exerts no reactivity towards mouse and rat IFN-gamma and human IFN-alpha and -beta.
Description	Mouse Anti-Human IFN-gamma, Clone MD-1 Biotinylated monoclonal antibody produced, in vitro, using serum free medium, labeled with Biotin-7-NHS (N-hydroxysuccinimide).
Formulation	Lyophilized and vacuum packed from a solution containing 0.5 ml PBS + 125 mM trehalose.
Purification	Ion exchange chromatography
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Dissolve the contents of the vial by injecting 0.5 ml sterile distilled water.
Specificity	Neutralizes both natural and recombinant human IFN-gamma, in vitro .
Concentration	Antibody concentration was determined by absorbance using A280 = 1.4 for a 1 mg/ml solution.
