Storage Conditions	Stable for one year at 2-4C. After reconstitution, store at 2-4C for one month or for one year at -20C. Add 0.02% Sodium Azide to prevent bacterial growth. Description	Mouse anti-human interleukin-4 clone 5B5 monoclonal antibody produced, in vitro, using serum free medium.
Formulation	Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution in 0.5 ml PBS + 125 mM Trehalose.
Purification	Ion exchange chromatography
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute the contents of the vial by injection of 0.5 ml sterile distilled water.
Specificity	Binds with high efficiency to natural and recombinant human IL-4. Efficiently inhibits IL-4-induced IgE production and IL-4-induced T-cell proliferation.
