Formulation	Lyophilized from a sterile filtered solution containing 0.5 ml PBS + 125 mM trehalose, then vacuum packed.
Purification	Ion exchange chromatography
Reconstitution	Dissolve the contents of the vial by injecting 0.5 ml sterile distilled water.
Specificity	Binds both natural and recombinant human TNF-alpha, in vitro, and, in vivo . The antibody does not bind to rodent TNF-alpha.
