Storage Conditions	Lyophilized product is stable for at least one year at 2-4C. After reconstitution, the contents can be safely stored at 2-4C for one month or for one year at -20C. Add 0.02% sodium azide to prevent bacterial growth. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Description	Mouse Anti-Human TNF-alpha Clone 61E71 mAb produced, in vitro, using serum free medium.
Formulation	Buffer of 0.5 ml PBS + 125 mM trehalose, sterile filtered through a 0.2 um filter, then lyophilized and vacuum packed.
Purification	Ion exchange chromatography
Reconstitution	Dissolve the contents of the vial by injection of 0.5 ml sterile distilled water.
Specificity	Neutralizes both natural and recombinant human TNF-alpha, in vitro, and, in vivo . The antibody does not bind to rodent TNF-alpha.
Concentration	Prior to lyophilization, antibody concentration was determined by absorbance, taking A280 = 1.4 for a 1 mg/ml solution.
