Description	Monoclonals were produced with the help of BALB/c mice using MDCK cells stably expressing gp36 (podoplanin) protein as the immunizing antigen. The mouse antibody (18H5) from hybridomas was purified from cell culture supernatant by Protein G chromatography and then biotinylated using a standard protocol.
Formulation	Lyophilized.
Purification	Protein G chromatography.
Reconstitution	The biotinylated antibody should be reconstituted to a concentration of 50 ug/ml with sterile PBS solution containing 0.1% BSA. This solution can be stored at 4C for at least one month without detectable loss of activity. Frozen aliquots of this solution are stable for at least 6 months when kept at -20C. Avoid more than one freeze-thaw cycle.
