Description	Monoclonals were produced with the help of BALB/c mice using recombinant human soluble extracellular TIE-1 as the immunizing antigen. Mouse IgG1 antibody (#6F12) from hybridomas was purified from cell culture supernatant by Protein G chromatography.

Purification	Protein G chromatography.
Reconstitution	When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4C.
Specificity	The monoclonal antibody will detect native human TIE-1 in ELISA experiments and on the surface of different human cell types. The antibody can be used for ELISA experiments, Western blotting, FACS and cell sorting.
