Application Notes	For Western blot, use at 1-5 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
Description	Rabbit Anti-Human ESAM Polyclonal Antibody is produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure recombinant human soluble ESAM (Endothelial cell-Selective Adhesion Molecule). Anti-human ESAM was purified by affinity chromatography with immobilized Protein A.
Formulation	Lyophilized from a solution of PBS, pH 7.4. No preservatives and carrier-free.

Reconstitution	Reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml.
Storage and Stability	The lyophilized antibody is best stored desiccated at -20C to -80C. Reconstituted product is stable at 2-4C for >6 months or can be stored in working aliquots at -20C for >1 year.
