Rabbit Anti-Human VEGF R1/Flt-1 (CT) pAb

The lyophilized protein is stable at 2-4C for at least 1 month and at -20C for > 1 year. After reconstitution, the antibody is stable for at least 2 weeks at 2-4C. Frozen aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

VEGF R family members are receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) which contain an extracellular ligand-binding region with seven immunoglobulin (Ig)-like domains, a transmembrane segment, and a tyrosine kinase (TK) domain within the cytoplasmic domain. This protein binds to VEGFR-A, VEGFR-B and placental growth factor and plays an important role in angiogenesis and vasculogenesis. This antibody was produced from sera of rabbits immunized with a peptide of the C-terminal end of native human soluble VEGF R1/Flt-1 (CNKKAVFSRISKFKSTRNDSTTQSNVKH).
