Formulation	100 ug purified material in PBS with 0.05% sodium azide Concentration: 100 ug/ml. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Specificity	MON1005 reacts with human CD84 (Mw 74 kD). CD84 is expressed on mature B cells and on B cell lines but not on plasma cell lines. Immunohistochemical studies demonstrated that it strongly stains tissue macrophages. It is also expressed on platelets and at low levels on blood T cells. Cellular expression does not significantly increase after activation 153-4D9 was clustered at the V WLDA. Source: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with MLR stimulated lymphocytes. Splenocytes were fused with mouse myeloma NS1 cells.
