Specificity	The mAb B-R18 specifically recognizes CD95. The CD95 molecule is a cell surface glycoprotein with a MW of 40-45 kDa and contains 8 kDa of N-glycosydic-linked polysaccharide. CD95 antigen is preferentially expressed by the CD45RAlow CD45ROhigh subset of memory T lymphocytes. Source: BALB/c mice (Iffa Credo) were immunized with purified recombinant Fas antigen and fused with X63/Ag.8653 mouse myeloma cells.
